new record sounds great to me
must say i can certainly hear Stipe clearly on "Glitter"
and "Libbie's Song" is actually one of my favorites.
got a question for you guys,
has Patti been playing RnR Nigger regularly at shows these
past 4 or 5 years or has she only recently started playing it again?
i know very little of her set lists for recent shows, but i have
a great live cd from Germany 96 (Tell It Like It Is)
that tends to have that earthmother feel to it rather than
the NY punk vibe.
of course, it's just an edited version of one show
so it could misrepresent an overall view of the whole setlist.
when i saw her in Austin a few weeks ago, she played for 2 hours!
