This brings to mind Legs McNeil & Co. meeting Lou
at an early Ramones show. The guys asked Lou if they
could interview him for their magazine. Lou said,
perfectly deadpan, "Oh, your circulation must be
fabulous."
McNeil goes on to say that Lou was "old, and snotty,
and like someone's cranky old drunken father." Heh.
