What's an inversion table? Do you mean 'immersion table'? 'Inversion table'
  sounds like arithmetic!

I've never tried any of those techniques so forgive me if it IS 'inversion
  table' and I'm screwy!
(Remember in the old Warner Bros. cartoons when someone--usually Bugs' or
  Daffy's rival or a secondary character--acted...well...screwy!--that a
little
guy would come walking thru the cartoon, holding a sign with a drawing of a
big screw (not "THE" Big Screw---that's a different matter entirely and not
sophisticated enough for a WB cartoon, so get yer mind out of the
  gutter!!....or is it m-m-me?!)
Anyway, they'd come thru w/a sign with a picture of a big screw with a '+'
sign and a picture of a baseball. Anybody a WB fan here and remember that?!
  LOL!

I just love old WB cartoons...my ex was like Bugs Bunny, I swear. Sometime
I'll tell you the many reasons why!

  Inversion table, huh....WOTTHEHELL IS IT?!
Thanks--I like to learn something new every day!

  XO-Glenna
PS: AND, I'm not shy to say this either:
WHO is John Lilly? Any relation to Eli and his big drug company? (Proud
maker
of Methadone, Prozac, and Valium! My, what a resume! ;-)

No but I've done an inversion table and I like that a lot.
