That's a great story Mark and I'm sure a memory that would last me a life time. I still remember shaking her hand back in 2000 when she played Mpls. Her, Oliver and Tony were standing on the main floor watching Grant Hart play as their opening act. I just remember how soft her hands were.

Hi All:
(snip)
I saw Patti perform Horses at BAM last November. What an awesome show. I
was lucky enough to be sitting in the third row center right on the aisle.
During "Dancing Barefoot", Patti jumped off the stage and boogied down
the
aisle. The crowd was going crazy, of course, and I was dancing with
abandon. As she was dancing her way back to the stage and passing my seat,
Patti stopped and turned towards me, all the while continuing to dance. We
then danced together, just the two of us, for about 10- 20 seconds or so.
What a thrill! Still brings a huge smile to my face when I think about it.
