The article that is quoted says Ric Ocasek is not participating
in The New Cars.  Looking at TheNewCars website

it looks like the guy with the two-toned hair is someone named 
Kasim Sulton.  His bio says in part:

I've never heard of him.  Has anyone else heard of him working with
Patti?

If this were true, it would be interesting to finally have some kind
of link between Patti and Patty besides their names.
