Hour:minutes:seconds would be more consistent with year:month:day in
front as 06/05/04 01:02:03  or in back as 01:02:03 06/05/04 for May
4th, 2006, or 01:02:03: 04/05/06 on May 6th, 2004

 meaning at 3:02 am it would cycle through 06/05/04 03:02:01 on May
4th, 2006; we already had 01/02/03 04:05:06 in Feb. 2, 2001;

Or if using the date as following the time then 01:02:03 04/05/06
during May 6th, 2004

Then are also the differences in American and European conventions(as
original propositioned) it would then be on May 4th, 2006, for
01:02:03 040/05/06

The only time this year those considerations collapse will be on June
6th at 06/06/06 06:06:06
