Friday night FCFT rocks CBs Gallery for THE FEAST OF JOEY, in honor of
St. Joey Ramones' birthday.  The show is part of an all day, all night
orgy of devotional fervor.  Join us after the punk pilgrimage and
processional for a show at CBs Gallery that features a feast, bands,
and a briefly open mic for DIY Ramones covers.   So paint some skinny
jeans on already, and get ready to show us your power chords.

And Saturday night we change it up with an electro set at Flux
Factory, as part of their WORKS ON PAPER show.  Flux Factory will
present paper confections, berries, bands, and the bazaar.  We'll
bring the sharpies for all you budding artistes, and will provide a
canvas of gowns.

Hungry March Band

The celebration starts at noon when the Hungry March Band will lead a
punk pilgrimage from the Rock n Roll High School in Forest Hills
(where they all went to school), to Tompkins Square Park.  According
to the HMB there'll be "a Saint Joey statue mounted on an ornate
platform carried by disciples, self-flagellating punk martyrs,
mystics, and heretics."  Need we say more?  If you want to get in on
the parade or the processional the Hungry March Band wants you!

At 8pm, the Feast of St. Joey begins at CBs Gallery and features the
DIY Ramones open mic, HMB, Deva, The Ramoons, FCFT, and a potluck
dinner.  The door on this is $10, $5 for those who bring food to
share, and a percentage of the door is going to the Lymphoma Research
Foundation.

Flux Factory began as a collective living space in 1994, in an old
spice factory in Williamsburg.  About four years later, with a new
stage built and twice as many members, the Flux Factory living room
evolved into a site for art events and performances of all kinds.  The
goal of the Flux art collective is to create a forum where Flux
artists can collaborate with each other as well as others in an
experimental lab that produces new works.  Flux Factory is also a
