I think Francesca's idea is great.

I'll probably continue to use dimeadozen.org.  but for all it's
advantages, bittorrent is quite a bit more complicated than simple
downloading, complicated enough not everyone will want to do it.

incidentally, about the Jazz Workshop show that was (is?) on
dimeadozen: I've got a better-sounding version.  but I'm working on a
number of even more interesting shows first...
