I finally compared the speed-corrected version of 30 January 76 with
the other versions. I now know why I never listen to this show: the
non-speed corrected versions sound terrible, they are very fast.
I also noticed that the Dime version sounds worse than the version I
already had. However the one I had is compressed; perhaps the Dime
version contains high-frequency noise that the lossy version has been
cleaned of.
I understand the speed correction is a whopping 10%. Since volunteers
didn't jump up, I'll encourage the person who did it to make us all
happy!
