I differ with you on that. Although I wasn't there to witness it, I believe
Patti can
handle loss, grief and tragedy better than the average bear. To loose a
parent,
a brother.... and then the love of her life - THOSE are the like of hard
knocks
that take most people down. Patti is still that tough-as-nails Jersey girl
and
overall, a VERY remarkable human being.

Outward focus is a good thing (after your own house is functioning) as is
zealousness for a worthy cause. But there's a reason that most church
services
are no longer than 90 minutes.

I agree, but again I have to pause and think. This world is still not out
of trouble. Bullets
and bombs are flying through the air. The environment issue is now truly
global
and Someone, Somewhere is ALWAYS "Hurting" All the Time. We are going
to rant and rave. As artists, the only law we have is to do it with love.

Whether I relate to it or not, Patti's self expression AND populist
pyrotechnics
are ignited from a heart of gold. Her fan base feels it and (besides
Babelites being
the coolest people on the planet ;-) ) that's the reason I plan to stay on
this e mail
list until the end of the world.... or the owner gives me the boot.

Cheers,

Paul
