Can somebody anybody who might be close to Patti's inner circle explain why ( 
and I have been seeing Patti since the early 70's and My Fathers Place and 
CBGB's ) Patti won't cover an MC5 song???? Especially for Fred's birthday 
tribute. The MC5 are one of my top all time favorite bands and I've also seen them 
several times. Their 3 official released records Kick Out the Jams, Back in the 
USA, and High Times have quite a few great songs on them some written by 
Fred, and some would fit right in to Patti and her bands mode...scrap Pushing too 
Hard and Let Lenny (if Patti won't sing an MC5 song) rip through a power 
medley of loud MC5 songs that all capture the real meaning of Rock&Roll and 
Revolution I wanna hear some revolution out there brothers, You must choose,...It 
takes 5 seconds, 5 seconds to decide, 5 seconds to decide whether you are gonna 
be part of the problem or part of the solution...Rob Tyner one of the great 
rock & roll frontmen...Patti may be more of a peanut butter person( as she said 
Friday night) but the Jams need some kicking out every now and then...Baby 
Won't Ya?
