OK, my copy of "Complete" is in storage, but I concede. I had heard it as:
"...Johnny's laying there, his sperm coughin '."
On a similar note (talk dirty to me, Patti), is this the correct line in
"Pissing In a River":
Spoke of a wheel,
Tail of a sperm...?
That's how I've always heard it, but now I'm thinking I'm just a dirty old
man !
