AW: Marc Bolan Plays too Many Gigs

Yes, some of us do travel. I planned my summer vacation around 2 shows in
NYC back in 1998. When she hung on another night, I was so sad to be flying
back to Vienna that day, even though I saw her in Salzburg a few days later,
and Vienna the night after that. And it just wasn't enough...It will never
be enough. And there are many stories connected with concerts, shared with
other people, which make each one even more special, if that's even
possible. Still waiting & hoping for her & the boys to come to Vienna this
year! Or Innsbruck!

HA!! I've been enjoying all the conversations about the "L" issue!

So true, another show with Patti!! Oh my! LOL

Seriously, I was at the Williamsburg show and from what I
saw, the neighborhood was so overwhelmed with excitement
that Patti was gonna be there!  Tuesday nite, many were
hanging around town after the cancellation and some bars/restaurants
were playing Patti cd's and sad the show was cancelled.  They were
happy us fans were hanging out there together, crying in our beers :))
Everyone was pissed at the venue for not being ready!!!

Thursday, even some constructions workers were attending the
show that nite!  And again, after the show, neighorhood
bars/restaurants were playing Patti music and everyone was
bragging about the show!  

Personally, after Patti was in Europe for a long, hot, summer;
we needed a Patti fix and when she did this string of shows on
the right and left coasts, we were sooooo happy!   I also read the article
in the "L" (what an idiot :))  and laughed it off.  Williamsburg wants Patti
back ASAP!  

This person who wrote the article is not aware of us Patti
fans and we love when she takes off her cloak of mystery!  We 
can't get enough of Patti!!!!  This person is unaware of how
many fans travel - some for one day - to Europe to see Patti,
or to America to see Patti from Europe!!  I met some European
fans who travelled just to see Patti do a show in Brooklyn!!!
