Over the weekend I saw "I'm Not There", the new Dylan movie. It's
amazing for anyone who is a Dylan fan. I'm not sure if I would
recommend it to non-Dylan fans though. A lot of it is stuff you would
get if you know his songs and a bit about his life, but might not get
otherwise. For me it was an incredible movie. The musical high points
were "Hour when the ship comes in" sung by a little black kid, and
"Ballad of a thin man" lip-synced by Kate Blanchette.

To hype the latest repackaging of old Bob Dylan material,
Columbia has put out a regular podcast covering Dylan's
history, and all episodes are hosted by Patti, with the
latest episode (number 7) coming out just four days ago.
