I didn't watch the Oscars ceremony this year, but I noticed in the
reports afterwards that there was some oblique Patti content. The
best supporting actress award went to Tilda Swinton, who I know is a
Patti-fan, as she once sat next to me during one of Patti's
performances in London. Also, best original screenplay went to Juno -
and Patti gets mentioned by one of the characters in that film.
